General Information

Silvergate Fallbrook is a senior assisted living community on a fairly good-sized property: 5 acres to be exact. Its building sits atop a short hill in a little town in the country. There are 121 rooms with services in Assisted Living and a separate area for Memory Care, which can house up to 25 residents. The community is perfectly setup for retirement living as it was built by local owners who saw a need for better senior care options in Fallbrook. The surrounding area is quiet with little to no sounds of traffic.

There are approximately 30 residents (with a majority of female residents, according to the staff). Its Memory Care suites look and feel like home but offers 24/7 security, licensed nurses and caregivers, plus Life Enrichment activities for residents with Alzheimer’s or dementia.

The dining room is enormous, which also serves as a venue to host musical performances. The head chef has been a part of the Silvergate family for more than 25 years. While the community does not routinely offer special diets, it does take special requests.

Care Services/Staffing: Most of the staff at Silvergate Fallbrook (96 individuals) has been with the company for more than 10 years. One employee in the marketing department has a family member who lives at the community. There are nurses (LVNs), kitchen staff, caregivers, marketing staff, housekeepers and maintenance staff. There are 6 licensed nurses on staff (and always one on site 24/7), and 8 caregivers staffed daily.
