Natural Form Reviews
It’s clear that medical experts have a lot of positive things to say about Natural Form and its life-changing products, but what do regular customers say? The company has been around for a long time, but it doesn’t sell as many consumer products as the average bed-in-a-box brand. As a result, user reviews are not readily available.
That being said, the company has an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau and only 1 complaint from 2019 that was handled promptly. As previously stated, its products have also been well-reviewed by industry experts.
ConsumerAffairs.com is one of the few populated user review sites and it has given Natural Form a 3.6 out of 5. Although not ideal, this is the result of just 5 reviews, 3 of which were 5-star with the others awarding just 1 and 2 stars. One of these negative reviews complained about an issue they had with a third-party delivery company, while the other complained about a bad smell.
In the case of the latter, the reviewer took it upon themselves to buy a new foam top for $500 and then expected Natural Form to reimburse them for this, only to leave a negative review when they did not. While we can understand a somewhat negative review resulting from a bad smell, even though this is common for new mattresses, we’ll side with the company on this one.
If your mattress smells bad, and that smell remains for days, by all means, contact the company and ask for a resolution. You can even request a refund as part of the 10-year warranty or the 100 Night Sleep Trial. You shouldn’t take these things into your own hands, however, as it leaves the manufacturer with little recourse.
