Independently and family run the Victorian Manor comes across as just that: high touch, quality care with a family like feel. The Community prides itself on offering their residents an environment that promotes independence, individuality and a “helping hand” when needed. The ability to provide residents with a safe, passionate place of residence all the while allowing them to feel at home really resonates with prospective families. Given the location, there are an endless amount of activities and sites to experience and see for both residents and visiting family members alike. The area, known for its beautiful Victorian style architecture is a favorite amongst locals while also providing a relatively safe environment that can be hard to find sometimes in large cities.
Our review team was overall impressed with Victorian Manor for all the above reasons but it’s worth noting our less than great first time impressions of the front office staff. We felt that the front desk and administrators could be more knowledgeable and educational when representing their community. Although there is room for improvement (delivery wise) it’s also important to note that they all seemed happy and committed to their profession.
