Priced at the higher end for the area, we would suggest this location for the families seeking more of a luxury level option. The wide area of amenities and activities are matched with reputable care for residents. There are a number of floor plan options for either studio or one bedroom apartments.
In its Scottsdale location, Belmont Village is near world-class healthcare facilities, places of worship and a bounty of off-site things to do whether that’s catching a baseball spring training Cactus League game, visiting the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art or strolling the many nearby shops or parks. Daily on-site activities range from fitness options such as water aerobics or yoga classes to games, evening movies, language courses or simply socializing over happy hour.
Food (being near and dear to all of our hearts) is another highlight. Residents can enjoy three chef-prepared meals daily by visiting the main dining room or smaller bistro. The menu is extensive including healthy options, lighter fare such salads and sandwiches or full entrees.
